Albanian Chefs & Cooks Association

The Association “Albanian Chefs & Cooks Association” is a non-governmental, non-profit independent, apolitical organization which extends its activity throughout the territory of the Republic of Albania. The association was established, based on the existing legal framework for the registration of non-profit organizations and was registered at the Tirana Judicial District Court.

Founding

“Albanian Chefs & Cooks Association” was founded in May 2018 and has about 300 members, mostly chefs and chefs, thus being the largest professional association of chefs in the country. “Albanian Chefs & Cooks Association” is a member of “World Association of Chefs’ Societies”.

Our purpose and mission

Our goal and duty is to become the voice of the kitchen and Albanian chefs to give another dimension and value to the art of cooking and the profession of a chef. Through its program, the association aims to motivate young people towards professional education, preserve and cultivate the culinary tradition in Albania and promote it abroad, orient and advise cooks and chefs for further professional qualification, promote local production, participate in international cooking competitions and fairs.

Network

Albanian Chefs and Cooks Association" has created a network of partners with 5-year contracts to cover 360 degrees of all services of the HORECA sector.

Certification

Our courses are conducted online and offline where advanced professional topics are studied by licensed international specialists from "Worldchefs".

Members are promoted on our Network, media and social networks.
