Chefs Day '1

International Chefs’ Day, October 20, 2018, where the National Team of the Albanian Chefs & Cooks Association gathered for the first time, after becoming a member of World Chef.
The meeting took place in the wonderful surroundings of the Hilton Garden Inn Tirana,
The purpose of the conference was to summarize the achievements so far, as well as the objectives of Albanian Chefs & Cooks for 2019.
For the realization of this unforgettable day, we sincerely thank Hilton Garden Inn Tirana, led by Mr. Volker Weber, for the continuous support of the National Team of Chefs, as well as all our Chefs, for their presence and valuable time.

During the day, there were many activities, as thanks to the 5-year work of this team, today Albania is a member of the Word Chef Organization, alongside the most developed countries in the world.
The program continued at our Professional Training Center, with the children’s activity, where our chefs cooked the children’s favorite dishes together.
At 16:00 the activity continued in the premises of the “Le Monde” culinary school, where the Chefs and contributors of Traditional Albanian Cuisine were awarded Certificates of Appreciation.
Such activities have just begun, so welcome!

Chefs Day 3'

In addition to other exciting activities, an essential part of this special day at Tirana’s New Market was dedicated to culinary exploration and culinary activities for children. A special corner was organized to increase their passion for cooking and to know more about different gastronomic tastes.

The children were invited to participate in the cooking workshop specially organized for them. There, they had the opportunity to make new acquaintances with the basic ingredients of the kitchen, learn simple cooking techniques and enjoy the result of their work with a small menu created by themselves. The organization’s chef guided them with patience and humor, encouraging them to experiment with different flavors and combinations.

The children started with the preparation of the dough for traditional pancakes, learning the simple steps and their elaboration. In the process, they felt the satisfaction of manual labor and a special sense of achievement when the first pancakes began to puff in the oil. After that, they had the opportunity to choose from a variety of this traditional delicacy and decorate them to their liking.

This rich culinary experience was a great addition to their day filled with learning and fun at Tirana’s New Bazaar. The children left with a sense of pride and new knowledge about an important art – the art of cooking.

Chefs Day '4

For four years in a row, the Albanian Chefs & Cooks Association, the official representative of Albania in the international culinary arena, organized Chefs Day Albania, an annual event dedicated to Chefs and cooks.

This festive day aims to promote the career of chefs and cooks, educate children about the importance of healthy eating and promote local cuisine. In the last year, the activity focused on children, including cooking healthy recipes in collaboration with Chefs. There were also educational and fun activities for a healthy lifestyle, including yoga exercises and learning about the values of olive oil from ‘Subashi’ Olive Oil Shop.

Chefs Day is an annual tradition, supporting the culinary profession and healthy food education. We hope for a similar meeting next year and thank the sponsors and partners, without whom, the organization of Chefs Day 2022 would not be possible. Chefs Day '5

The Albanian Chefs & Cooks Association, the official representative of Albania at WORLDCHEFS, organized Chefs Day Albania 2023 for the 5th year in a row.
The chefs at their party have a tradition of teaching children how to eat healthy.
